There is a tradition in my office of bringing in something edible from where you have been on holiday. Having been near Bakewell it felt appropriate to bring something from there. Rather than bring back a couple of large puddings I decided to bake a batch of mini bakewell pudings. I used
this recipe from the BBC but with a more traditional cherry jam - this seasons first cherries were just in. Here are the photos of the results:
