Recently my knitting has been somewhat on a theme. Okay so there's been jumpers, socks and mittens - but they've all been made with four ply and rather thin needles. While I love the delicacy and the portability of such things it leaves me amazed at how quickly a project flies along when I pick up DK wool and 4mm needles.
